Primary interface towards the Region Sub-Saharan Africa region in relation to all Service Delivery Tools deployment projects and activities. Accountable for delivery & deployment progress in the RSSA as well as for SDT Business Development
Service Project Manager
Responsible for Managed Services Delivery Platform – MSDP projects delivery in SDT PMO mainly for RSSA and RMEA regions.
MSDP project deliver several solution areas comprising of different tools. MSDP tools serve end-to-end management of networks in multi- customer and multi-country environments, enabling efficient alarm monitoring, trouble shooting, fault restoration, work order distribution and reporting.
