On this position I am responsible for all technical aspects in the plant - provide proactive technical support for activities designed to maximize efficiency with proper management of costs, quality and human resources.
Main duties:
- Managing the team of Maintenance Engineers and proactive management of their individual performance and improvements.
- Managing the spare parts budget.
- Planning budget for overtime, repair and maintenance costs, spare parts, outside services and updating these budgets during the year.
- Ensuring the implementation of investment plans by coordinating ( directly and / or functionally ) resources for the implementation of all projects and potential external consultants.

* Leads the Making Team
* Acts and supervises according to budget and agreed goals, considering efficiency, costs and KPIs and taking into account quality and EOHS standards and goals and local regulatory requirements
* Has the responsibility that safety equipment and instructions are understood and used including precautions in handling, storage and disposing of materials and chemical waste in accordance with Corporate Standards and local environmental regulations
* Prepares and control budget, verifies production costs in Making regularly
* In partnership with other plant and support functions, contributes to provide consistent plant processes and to support continuous improvement projects
* Drives continuous improvement of Making process and resource management considering KPIs and agreed goals
* Ensures the correct reporting of data and maintenance of records
* Continually re-evaluates making capacity and technology and advises changes when appropriate
* Interfaces with all plant functions and support functions including project teams to provide input on programs and to receive guidance and support on implementation of programs and procedures
* Functions as part of the plant management team

* AML - overall Leader of plant initiatives to reduce material loss

* Expansion Project - support of Mouthrinse operational design, people aspects

Facility Management

* Weekly inspections – walkabout
* Control spending
* Oversee all activities manage by HSG Zander
* Approval & review of all spending for repair, gates, docks, walls etc.

* Supervise work of production team (4 Shift Supervisors and 200 production operators)
* Manages workforce, materials and equipment so as to accomplish planned performance
* Responsibility for production quality and efficiency while maintaining high quality of services.
* Follows and analyses variances of materials, workforce costs or finished products.
* Ensures compliance with the Company's policy/procedures as regards the personnel, shifts, holiday schedule, temporary use and trainings is such a way that it fulfils business requirements.
* Supervises development and execution of the daily production plan. Close co-operation with different departments.
* Planners to improve service and reduce costs in the plant.
* Intensifies, inspires and conducts initiatives aiming at continuous improvement and programs aiming at cost reduction
* Introduces new technologies in a given production area.
* Presents capital and operational budget assumptions.
* Reinforces self-esteem of employees by means of trainings, sharing expertise, coaching, evaluation and delegating tasks so as to ensure individual, team and organization development.
* Performs any other tasks as instructed by the Superior.

At FAURECIA my task at the company was to transfer and start the new production – A7 project. Part of this project was training in France where I learned a new technology of production that is “polyurethane foam products manufacturing technology”. The training showed me not only the manufacturing process of polyurethane foam product but also the different techniques and methods of managing the workers and work organization.
For my responsible was:
* Train new group of people,
* Supervise people during training in France,
* Organize work place – operating, quality procedures, process parameters,
* Maintain high organization culture and atmosphere at work at the highest level,
* Participate in reaching production targets considering the costs, time and quality,
* Improve and maintain high level of relationship with internal clients of the company,
* Cooperate and maintain good relationship with other departments of the company,
