• Manage environments bookings of Project environments using the environment booking plan spreadsheet
• Manage new request for environments (mainly coming from the project teams)
• Bring right parties together to address potential conflicts of needs
• Manage the troubleshooting of environment issues
• Request/review/approve all necessary change requests to Infrastructure team
• Coordinate requests for data refresh and synchronizations across non-production environments.
• Management and control of all environment related activities such as application of patches, hardware and software upgrades, service down times, etc.
• Control the tracking of the environments versions (i.e. environment tracking sheet)
• Coordinate disparate source trees, projects, teams and components within project e.g. partner systems requests
• Document the landscape

• Establishing and maintaining Open Source community of Aperte Workflow BPM
