2 independent positions within one organisation (50/50)

(1) Full administrative support to the Regional Chief Information Officer:
- Setting up regional steering commiittees / calls / meetings
- Planning and organising CIO's extensive business travelling agenda
(visiting 3-4 countries of the CEE Region each week)
- Coordinating all the logistics for the Regional video conferences
- Managing business expenses of the CEE CIO
- Planning semi-annual Regional Offsite in Europe for 30 Senior Directors
- Coordinating all the logistics (hotel, taxis, meetings, ect) for the Warsaw visits
of the CEE COO
(2) Administrative support role at the Project:
- Logistic and administrative support in organising Governance meeting at the Project
- scheduling recurring Project Committees and Regional Steering Groups
(with the PL CEO and the CEE CEO)
- Preparing notes (“minutes”) from the weekly Project management meetings
- Allocating resources in the Company's project mngmt application
- Project Document Management:
- Updating several tracking records on the shared workspace
(time consumption, CRs, current schedule, etc)

- Integration summer offsite for 3 departments (out of 14 reporting depts/units)
