-contracts drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution:
• Non-Disclosure Agreements, Sales / Purchasing Agreements, Sub-contracts, Consulting Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Master Agreements, review of customer proposed terms and conditions
• Commercial and Public (Province and County) Contracting
- ensuring that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation,
- serving as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters; acting as contractual “middleman” between company employees and customers, ensuring timely review and approval / reconciliation of variations,
- being the first point of contact for members of the public, clients, site managers and sub-contractors for as long as the contract lasts,
- negotiating sub-contract orders and monitoring sub-contractors, planning critical dates, or organising labour,
- agreeing extra work to be done on a contract, helping to resolve any disputes which come up, and identifying areas for improvement in your company’s contracting processes,
- monitoring compliance by company employees with established procedures, identifying areas of recurrent pressure,
- monitoring competitive terms as well as customer satisfaction with company’s terms and conditions and contracting practices, recommending changes,
- ensuring contract close-out, extension or renewal,
- negotiations and obtaining all approvals, permits and decisions of appropriate authorities or bodies that are required by law to commence well site construction and drilling process,
-managing legal obligations during construction and drilling works on site,
-managing communication between the Company/ Investors and local government administration bodies,
- development of Polish/English translations of documents concerning implementation of drilling projects in Poland.
