• Currently working on deploying Cadence functionality within CRM system (Sales Connect) to all Europe based IMTs (8 IMTs + CEE countries (17) / 400 plus headcounts in Dublin only).Coordinating activities within EMEA countries though focal points/project managers.
• Act as overall point of contact for the WW team, sellers and key stakeholders across GEOs
• Preparing and Delivering on demand sessions to sellers, managers and key stakeholders (400 + audience). Working closely with Sales management teams and Analytics teams to ensure that Change Impact factors are considered and addressed during the project.
• Maintaining continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives. Benefit analysis ( As Is and To Be process analysis across Europe.
• Communicating to Inside Sales Europe WW strategic action plans and enabling Sellers, Managers, Business Leads by delivering training, ongoing updates and effective message across the organisation.
• Managing Inside Sales requirements and ensuring that sellers and managers can provide forecast with new Cadence functionality as of July 2014
• Leading group of 10 Project managers, coordinating weekly status meetings, running regular interlock meetings to address team’s concerns/issues, managing vacation planner, distribution of tasks throughout the week, working closely with manager and preparing on demand presentations for Exec reviews, mentoring and coaching team members, delivering project management education sessions to New Hires ( 50+ audience)
• In 2013 I ran two projects for GTS brand (Services and Renewals) (Implementation of ITS Express tool to UKI team) Performed process analysis across the Inside Sales Centre. As a result business decided not to proceed with the solution. Deployed third party owned tool – Renew On Demand (Service Source) to Alps team which helped the sellers / management to obtain view of direct and indirect business for renewals revenue.
