Preparation of the service level agreements
Organize transparent communication to all relevant stakeholders during the projects
- Preparation of introductory training for new employees
-Coordination of the migration (Spain)- verifing the progress of the training, work instructions, KPIS, improvment ideas.
- Redifing the process to be more efficient
-Being the key influencer in the relationship with the customer in that business area, country/region.
-Acquiring an in-depth knowledge and understanding of country-specific requirements
-Providing operational support to GL AA’s
-Facilitating cooperation with other departments
-Implementing agreed best processes

-Month and Closing Coordinator
- GL document processing and verification,
- ICS documentation preparation,
- MEC activities,
- BCS reporting (preparation of corrections)
- Reconciliation SAP = BCS
- Taking action to resolve BCS problems in SAP system
- VAT and Extrastat reporting,
- Regular viewing Corporate Control web sites for new instructions and changes,
- Taking actions to improve and develop GL processes,
- Reporting to internal and external customers (e.g. KPIs),
- Trainings given to new employees of EAS (Excel, MEC activities, STAR reporting)
