Thanks to my excellent results in sales I was rapidly promoted to the position of Assistant Manager which means I supervise 5 staff and be right hand of Store Manager. My role is to maintain high quality customer service and build a lasting relationship with customers. I am responsible for sales results, coaching and training of existing employees and delegate tasks to them. Also my duty is to ensure that staff respects the company policy and successfully follows
all procedures. My biggest achievement on a daily basis is to deliver the store’s sales targets and internal KPI’s (conversion, units per transaction, average transaction value etc.)

Improved English allowed me to get a job, where as a Sales Assistant I’ve kept working on self-improvement without losing focus on daily responsibilities and new tasks like minimizing losses of on-line customer returns. After the trial period I’ve learned how to make tailored suits (“Tailor Me”) and started additionally working in the hire department. That experience along with internal training (100% score in Myagi) gave me the knowledge about men’s tailoring and suit design and hiring..

Independence and experience in completing various tasks gained in previous companies paved the way for me to become Assistant Manager at Maka Store. In the new role, I was managing a team of 4 people, lead recruitment for new employees and prepared reports of daily, monthly or seasonal sales data. However the most enjoyable part of the job was related with my sense of aesthetics and creativity because I was fully responsible for the exhibition of products and the appearance of the store. I’ve also found very interesting visiting suppliers and being responsible for selection of products from the upcoming collection (Carhartt, Femi Pleasure, Dakine, Quicksilver, Roxy, Sperry Top Sider, etc.). Last but not least was support in planning and execution of occasional events to promote our store (i.e. Occasional days, Seasonal sales etc.). This definitely elevated my involvement in the company's management operations and identifying myself as the key driver.

Due to the outstanding results in my work, I was offered a Junior Management Course dedicated to managers and deputies. Besides my normal duties, I was regularly attending training sessions where I was taught how to analyze sales results, maintain inventory and improve stock-turn, manage, train and coach colleagues. The course allowed me to strengthen and develop acquired skills. Thanks to the easy adaptation to the new environment and flexible approach, I worked in the 3 biggest growing branches of P&C in Krakow, Wroclaw, and Warsaw.

Thanks to Vissavi I’ve expanded my knowledge in the field of women’s fashion and gained orientation in the subject of current trends. Good understanding of the product gave me advantage in competent customer service and quickly translated into sales results. I’ve learned how to cooperate with other stores in order to exchange goods or to enable quick responses to client inquiries. I was successfully fulfilling my duties as a seller and Visual Merchandiser. That experience along with my enthusiastic approach, creativity and organizational abilities gave me confidence to treat retail as my career path.
