Ensure proper process execution and compliance of all record to report processes, which includes Month End Closure, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, Trial Statement Review, Balance Sheet Review and Journal Vouchers)
Safeguard the compliance with accounting standards and regulations (Phillips Lighting Accounting Principles, IFRS, local regulations, directives)
Executeing and reviewing internal controls related to 2 factoties (located in BIelsko Biała and Tamasi in Hungary) in a timely and accurate manner
Manageing and support internal and external audits
Manageing and monitor the performance of service provider (Infosys) who is performing the transactional activities
Manageing, own and optimize the process end-to-end
Working closely with the Business Partner and business side
Creation a plan how to set KPI’s, monitor them and improve the outcomes;
Problem solving, understanding root causes of issues, implementing countermeasures and embedding the new way of working.
Be the subject matter expert for one of the sub-processes in Purchase to Pay for EMEA
Runing processes improvement projects;
