I'm currently responsible as a codes and safety leader for multinational team that cares about analysis, audits and release activities for all new projects and modified structures in Refrigeration Development Center in EMEA Whirlpool Socio Unico (Whirlpool EMEA and Indesit integrated). From target setting to meeting international and internal safety requirements for new projects through model shop sample evaluation, test plan creation with priorities assignment and with the right timing and sample quantity planing to the final release of first pilots and mass production - those are my duties. I am also a project team member supporting safety part of build-in refrigeration projects, traveling quarterly to Whirlpool Europe s.r.l Refrigeration Italy, and transregional project developed in USA.

I'm resposible for Laboratory WMT certification according to ISO 17025 and for supporting refrigeration factory during ISO 9001 audits as well as UL IPI and IKEA audits.
Additionally I'm also supporting marketing dpt. for all documents related to export and government registration of refrigeration products (CE declarations,EMC declarations, Test report forms , UL certificates etc.)
I am Regional Competency Owner for EMEA ( Europe Middle East and Africa) for Codes and Design for Safety competency.
I train people of safety and reliability standards and Reliasoft (Weibull, ALTA, Block Sim) software.
In my work I co-operate with codes agencies (VDE, UL, Demko) establishing and maintaining good relations.

I was a member of refrigeration development quality team supporting production process.I was a leader of GOP project of building new Electrical and Safety laboratory taking care of infrastructure and purchasing of equipment. After that I was responsabile for tests in newly created laboratory and introduction of quality system based on ISO17025 standard. I was co-operating with VDE preparing laboratory for TDAP certification (received in 2008)
Additionally I was responsible for calibration and supervision over measurement laboratory system based on ethernet and server data collection.

I was performing tests in thermodynamic laboratory and electrical safety laboratory, learning how the laboratory is organized, equipped and how it is functionning in order to use this knowlege in the future after coming back to Wroclaw and during new Laboratory creation.
