Obowiązki:: - Testing localized electronic documentation using given specifications.

- Analyzing current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.

- Checking the compliance of localized software with given specifications.

- Writing, editing, and debugging new computer programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output.

- Performing Test Quality Assurance tasks in accordance with the Test Lead's
assignments and relevant instructions and reporting the results to the Test Lead.

- Developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to
assure production of a quality product.

- Communicating with Senior Test Engineers responsible for a given project.

- Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports.

- PROJECTS I WAS INVOLVED IN: CISCO QUAD, CISCO IP PHONES, LIP 014(MICROSOFT),
HP, BLACKBERRY, PAGEPLUS (WINSOFT), XBOX KINECT, and CANON.

Obowiązki:: - Testing new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that
program results are accurate; assists lower‐level programmers with programming
assignments.

- Designing and developing program systems making specific determinations about
system performance.

- Documenting codes consistently throughout the development process by listing a
description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database
tables on procedural, modular and database level.

- Complying with procedures related to the tasks of a test Lead.

- Preparing reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and
appropriate recommendations or conclusions.

- Utilizing tools and equipment involved in performance of essential functions of
programming including measuring instruments.

- Reporting and solving errors according to project guidelines.

- Reporting the time spent on working.

Obowiązki:: - Set the training manual that is geared towards customer service, telephone etiquette, communication skills and e-mail etiquette, all that
is for the contact center, Qartj agents to be trained on once they are
hired.

- Set the training schedules and plans for the training sessions that are going to be conducted by the trainers on different projects.

- Compile reports on daily basis from all the trainers and supervisors who are supposed to send reports on the agents’ progress and performance, that is for coming up with the final evaluation of each agent.

- Meet up with clients so as to discuss the projects they are outsourcing to the company, and to set the scripts and mandatory of the project concerned.
